EveryWoman Business Events produces Western Australia's most comprehensive business and career development program for women. For the last eight years we have joined with our Principal Partner, The West Australian, to offer women the opportunity to hear and learn from other successful women.

At the heart of our success is our community of nearly 9,000 associates who attend our events, receive our newsletters or read our postings. We interact with women from across the full spectrum of business, government and academia. Our events are attended by business owners and managers, consultants and academics, public-servants and health care professionals, and women generally who aspire to learn, grow and develop their careers and their businesses.

We ask our all of presenters to give their 'back story'. While we want them to talk a bit about what they do now, we're more interested in finding out how they arrived at where they are now. We like them to inspire the audience as they share the story of their career and their personal journey; as they let us into what worked and what didn’t and as they reflect on the lessons learnt and their advice for other women.
 
But it's not all about the speakers. We like to make our events great forums for networking. We encourage you to arrive early and meet with other women prior to the commencement of the formal part of the event. We even include a short, structured networking session within the event proper. And there’s plenty of time at the end to talk with your fellow guests and even meet with the speakers to ask them for a few personal tips. And best of all, we don’t take ourselves too seriously, we like you to have some fun also!

Our unique events are designed to maximise your opportunities for learning and networking while minimising your time away from your desk. From the start of the formal activities to close, we'll take just two hours of your time. We'll give you a drink on arrival, a gourmet lunch box as you're seated and an on-time departure at the end.

The 'Women' series of lunch-time seminars includes Energetic Women, Resourceful Women, Compelling Women and EveryWoman is Extraordinary.

... or a plate at your table
Our 'You' series of career and personal development seminars are presented as half-day workshops. Leveraging our trademark emphases on learning and networking, over the year you'll hear from speakers addressing the core themes of You as a Communicator, You as Leader and You as an Achiever. Each seminar will combine short speaker presentations, a panel discussion, questions from the floor and, of course, structured and unstructured networking sessions.

...or the world at your feet
To mark International Women's Day each year, we present our signature event, Worldly Women. Sponsored by Rio Tinto, we present speakers with an international outlook to an audience of nearly 900 business women, educators and high school students. Unlike our other events, we also incorporate a small trade display for organisations wanting to get their message to the 300 students in attendance.
